We are looking to recruit a:

Project Engineer, Wind and Noise Impact Assessor (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Independently preparing yield assessments and noise impact forecasts for wind turbines in Germany and abroad
• Independently coordinating and planning workflows and staff deployment for your projects
• Developing and applying three-dimensional wind field simulation
• Supervising wind measurements
• Sales and support for the CFD software Meteodyn

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude
• Interest in and enthusiasm for the renewable energy sector
• Good knowledge of standard office software (MS Office) and PC skills
• Very good command of German and, in addition, confident written and spoken English; knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
• In-depth specialist knowledge in the application and development of mesoscale models is desirable
• Ideally, experience in the field of wind energy, particularly in the preparation of wind assessments and emission forecasts using the WindPRO and CadnaA software, as well as three-dimensional flow models
